DESCRIPTION:Body Gratitude Women’s Circle \nThis is a very special part of the Pink May fundraiser series.\nA gentle\, grounding morning to slow down\, reconnect and come back to yourself.\nWe begin by creating a shared altar together using flowers\, crystals\, shells and natural elements\, a small collective ritual to arrive\, set intention and ease into the space.\nIf you feel called to\, you’re welcome to bring a small personal item for the altar\, a stone\, a note\, or anything that feels meaningful to you.\nFrom there\, we move into a guided journaling practice centred around gratitude for our bodies\, everything they hold\, carry and do for us every single day.\nThe circle will then be gently held by Bryony Richardson\, who brings over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. With a background as an osteopath and training across a range of holistic practices including coaching\, mentoring and shamanic work\, her approach blends a deep understanding of the body with intuitive\, heart-led guidance.\nShe is passionate about creating spaces that support connection\, reflection and emotional wellbeing\, helping people reconnect with themselves\, release what no longer serves\, and find more ease and balance within.\nYou’ll be guided through a meditation and self-healing journey designed to help you reconnect with your body\, your breath and your inner space.\nThere will be time to simply be\, reflect and share\, only if you feel comfortable.\nThe circle will close around 12:00 PM\, followed by a nourishing\, home-cooked vegetarian meal to slowly land\, connect and enjoy together\, with thoughtful little touches throughout to make the morning feel extra special\, so you leave with a gentle reminder to stay connected to your body.\nThis is a space to soften\, to listen\, and to feel supported\, just come as you are.\nWhat to expect• Collective altar creation• Guided journaling• Meditation and self-healing session• A calm\, supportive group space• A warm\, home-cooked vegetarian meal\nTime 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM\nTicket $70$35 from every ticket will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation\nHosted by PallyFacilitated by Bryony Richardson\nOnly 12 spots available to keep the space intimate\, cosy and meaningful.\nCome as you are\, leave feeling a little more connected
